🧪 Step 4: Optional Tuning
Want to squeeze more performance or reduce power draw? Head to the tuning section in the web interface:
Setting | Range | Notes |
Core Voltage | 1000–1250 mV | Higher voltage = more power |
Frequency | 400–625 MHz | Higher = faster hashing |
Fan Speed | Adjustable | Keep temps below 75°C ideally |
⚠️ Tuning is optional. Start with defaults if you're unsure.
📊 Step 5: Monitor & Maintain
-
Use the web interface to check hashrate, temperature, uptime, and logs
-
Clean the fan regularly to prevent dust buildup
-
Avoid placing the miner near heat sources or in enclosed spaces
🧠 Troubleshooting
-
No Wi-Fi hotspot? Reboot the device and check for
Bitaxe_XXXX
-
Can’t connect to pool? Double-check the pool address and port
