Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse with international tracking. Please check with your local customs office for potential import duties.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), major credit cards, PayPal, and selected regional or crypto payment options. All BTC payments are handled securely with network confirmation and sat-for-sat refund protection.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by region:

How do I request a refund or return?
Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility and the step-by-step process. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and meet packaging guidelines.

Are your products under warranty?
All items include a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects but excludes user damage or wear from normal use.

Are there any restocking fees?
Yes. Unused items returned within 14 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee, covering shipping and handling. Returns due to incorrect addresses or refusal to accept delivery are subject to a 20% fee.

Can I use your hardware with Mac/Linux?
Most of our hardware, including Bitaxe and USB miners, is compatible with Mac, Linux, and Windows - but driver support and setup steps may vary. We recommend checking the GitHub repository or user community forums for detailed compatibility guidance.

Is it safe to mine Bitcoin at home?
Yes - particularly with low-wattage USB and hobbyist miners like Bitaxe devices. Just be sure to follow electrical safety norms and keep the hardware in a well-ventilated area.

I’m new to Bitcoin mining - where should I start?
For newcomers, we recommend starting with a USB or Wi-Fi-enabled device like the Bitaxe Gamma 601, combined with a solo mining pool such as ckpool. It’s a low-cost, low-risk way to learn.

Do you offer bulk discounts or reseller accounts?
For inquiries about volume purchases or partnering as a reseller, please contact us directly. We’re happy to support business or group buyers. We have small bulk options in the shop, but for larger orders it is advised to get in touch!

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For any issues or delays, reach out to our support team.

Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel it. Contact us immediately with your order number.

Do you include instructions or setup guides?
We provide printed quick-start cards and digital manuals (where available). Bitaxe devices also have active documentation via their official wiki and Discord.

What is the Bitaxe Gamma 601?
The Bitaxe Gamma 601 is a Wi-Fi enabled, open-source Bitcoin solo miner built around the BM1370 ASIC chip. It’s designed for educational use and low-power solo mining.
Bitaxe is a Bitcoin miner based on an open-source design and a modern mining ASIC, offering efficiency and customization for users.

Is this device profitable for mining?
The Gamma 601 isn’t designed for large-scale profits. It’s more about learning, experimentation, and lotto-style solo mining. You might not find a block for years - or you might get lucky next week.

How do I configure the Gamma 601 to start mining?
You’ll need:

Does it need a computer to mine?
Nope! Once configured via your browser, it can mine autonomously over Wi-Fi. No PC tethering or command-line tools required.

Can I monitor performance and temperatures?
Yes. The onboard interface allows real-time monitoring of hashrate, temperature, uptime, and fan speed.

What kind of power supply do I need?
The Bitaxe Gamma 601 is powered via standard rated power adapter which is included with the product.

How do I update the firmware?
You can do it through the internal dashboard, or use the official open source web flasher. Bitaxe.org also provides the official Github release of the firmware.

What is the benefit of open source with Bitaxe?
The Bitaxe Gamma like many other Bitaxe hardware, is completely opened to the public and can be accessed by everyone at the official source with all documentation.

What is OSMU?
OSMU is the Open Source Miners United Community. If you need help with a device you purchased in our shop, we advise you to use our support and our community Discord, as we do not want to push any responsibility on OSMU. But the reality is, that the most advanced discussion and progression around Bitaxe is happening on the Official OSMU DISCORD
